Multiple profiles: I'm packing for my kids too. Ability to cross out packed items on the summary. Ability to copy lists. Persistent custom items. I'd add the profiles at the highest level so a user can select the relevant ones for each trip. I'd display each profile as a separate tab on the summary and edit screens.

Thanks a lot for the great ideas! We’ve implemented the ability to have persistent custom items. Packing for kids and copying lists is still a bit out there on our roadmap, but we’ll keep it in mind.
