    Hi David,

    Thanks for telling me, and I'm sorry. PackPoint hasn't been updated for iOS 27, and that's why it closes as soon as you open it. That's on me.

    I'm working on an update now, and I'd be grateful for your patience while I finish it. Until it's out, there's no way to use PackPoint on iOS 27. Please don't delete or reinstall the app: reinstalling won't fix it, and deleting it erases the lists saved in it.

    If you'd like a refund, I'd happily give you one, but App Store purchases are refunded by Apple, not by us. To request it, sign in at reportaproblem.apple.com, choose "I'd like to", then "Request a refund". Pick a reason, choose your PackPoint purchase, and submit. You should hear back from Apple within 24 to 48 hours.

    I'll reply here when the update is in the App Store.

    If you deleted the app to reinstall it, the lists in it were erased, and I'm sorry. Your Premium purchase stays with your Apple ID and can be restored after the update.

    I don't have a date yet. I'll reply here when the update is in the App Store.

    The backup function currently in place for Android phones is invisible and automatic. We built it in a very simple way so that you don't have to interact with the backups, they just work seamlessly. Hope that helps!

    Hi Maciej, thanks for submitting this idea. Can you describe the use case a bit? How would you like to interact with your packing list once it is in iCloud or Dropbox?

    Thanks for the comment on this. We've got a feature that has just been released for Android where checked off items fall to the bottom of list, leaving only unchecked items at the top. We'll be deploying that to iPhone in the future as well. I hope that helps!

    We are planning this for a future release, not sure which version yet, but we will have at at some point. The concept of helping others pack based on what you have packed in the past, and vice versa, would be very useful.
