Collapse lists, reorder list items, additional icons
1) Allow user to Collapse items within a list so you can see progress across lists at a glance (e.g. collapse Toiletries, collapse Essentials...)
2) Allow user to Reorder list items within templates— I like to add items, and then re-order them later so that like things are grouped together within a list
3) Provide a Pet icon (paw)

Length of stay: end date OR number of nights
When creating a new trip I would appreciate the possibility to enter the date of travel end (date when I have planned to return home). The user should then be able to provide either the number of nights OR the end date of the trip.
Small UI improvement for people like me who don't like to calculate the number of nights of a (long) trip.62 votes -
Make it available for PC.
Not everybody lives and dies by their phone/tablet. It sounds like a good concept, but I'm not the only one who won't use it because it's not available to us on PC/Laptop.

Enable connecting to TripIt via Google account login?
Currently, PackPoint seems to require a TripIt username + password to connect. I signed up with TripIt via my Google account.

Unfortunately TripIt doesn’t support third party apps like PackPoint using Google login, even though TripIt otherwise allows Google login. I share your frustration and I have been asking TripIt to support this for almost 5 years now (https://github.com/tripit/api/issues/117). Hopefully they’ll do it some day, it sure would be useful.

Easier custom list creation
When creating a custom list on my iPhone 7Plus, after a few items have been entered, the last item is covered up by the on-screen keyboard when I am typing it.

Duplicate a Activity
Be able to duplicate a activity would be very handy. For example if you are you are going to the snow with children/partner, you could duplicate the "snow sport" activity and save it as a custom activity under their name rather then go in have to create it from scratch.

Have a front page with all upcoming trips, customisable icons for each trip and a count down!
I think you should have it so when you open the app you can see all your trips in chronological order, where you can pick an icon (beach, city, camping, etc) and there be a countdown till departure. Eg, Sydney (5 days).

Add missing items to packing list
Umbrella, bug repellent, sunscreen, rainwear, travel pillow, walking shoes, pen, and small backpack or tote should be added to the packing list. Additionally, beach towel, hat, sunscreen, swimsuit cover up (for women), UV protection clothing, water shoes, float(s), and pool toys should go under swimming and beach. Beach could also use beach blanket or mat and beach umbrella. International could use foreign language book and pen. I see people asking for a pen to fill out the entry and exit forms on a plane all the time.
